EURAXESS Czech republic organises on April 25th and 26th 2018 in the premises of the Czech Academy of Sciences two events dedicated to HR Award and the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R). Two representatives of institutions that have already undergone the whole procedure and act as evaluators these days have accepted our invitation: Mrs. Karen Vandevelde, Ghent University, Belgium and Mrs. Barbara Unković, University of Pula, Croatia.
On Wednesday April 25th 2018 an informative seminar for research organisation considering to start the HRS4S will take place. The purpose of the seminar entitled Implementation of the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers at Czech Research Institutions is to inform representatives of research performing institutions about the principles of a European Charter for Researchers and a Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers. The participants will have the opportunity to learn the expected benefits and impact and the HRS4R implementation at Croatian and Belgian Universities. Moreover, they will hear about the financial support from MŠMT in the form of the upcoming call Rozvoj kapacit pro výzkum a vývoj II.
On Thursday April 26th 2018 workshop entitled Practical aspects of the implementation of the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers for the representatives of beneficiaries of the call Rozvoj kapacit pro výzkum a vývoj will take place. The workshop will focus on practical aspects connected with the implementation of the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R) and preparation of the Gap Analysis and Action Plan. Participants will have unique opportunity to discuss the specific issues with the experts and learn the tips and tricks to make the implementation a success. The workshop is intended for the project managers, HR managers and other representatives of institution that have already endorsed the Charter & Code principles.
Both events will be held from 10:00 in the premises of the Czech Academy of Sciences at Národní 1009/3, Praha 1. Events will be held in English, translations will not be provided.
